Refund policy

At The Sassy Craft Cafe we want you to love your order.

Because many of our products are personalised, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds on customised items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

For non-personalised items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
